Forest will be with his bluegrass band Barleywine Revue and and friend Dave Brown for a night of music and poetry on Monday August 31 from 6-8. The performance will be taking place in the small side room at Peaks and Pints.

The Rusty Cleavers will be playing at Royal Record Shop in Seattle on Sunday August 30th at 4:20 pm. Come experience the Cleavers in this intimate setting.

Bliss Fest is a two day locals music festival in Newport, Rhode Island taking place on Friday July 24 and Saturday July 25. Each night features a line up of talented Rhode Island songwriters. Forest will be playing on Saturday night alongside Fave, Deb Aufiero, Alex Walsh and more! Music begins at 6:30 both nights. The venue is a private residence. “Letter from Birmingham Jail” was written as a response to injustice, to delay, and to the insistence that freedom should wait. This MLK Day, Forest will be welcoming attendees with music at a public reading of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s letter featuring local community members lending their voices to Dr. King's words. This is an invitation to reflect, to bear witness, and to consider our own obligations to one another—because the questions Dr. King raised remain unanswered, and the work he demanded is not yet finished. This public community event is being organized by TANK - Transformative Action for North Kingstown. Free and open to the public.
