Come to Hilltop for a Costume Party and live music. We're kicking things off at the T Shirt Men at 8 with kegs of beer and live music by Dixie Highway. At 10 the Rusty Cleavers will play at 1111 (a bar right around the corner from TShirtMen). And the Broken Spoke will be holding festivities as well. Its a block party baby!!!
