The Rusty Cleavers return to the Parkway Tavern's annual IPA Festival. This fun community event is outdoors, underneath a big ol tent and, as you may have guessed, features many popular IPA beers. The Cleavers will hack their way through another set of bluegrass music from 5:30-7:30, 21+, no cover.
